i decided to go with the JIC DE Type II... just received it... dude... i haven't installed it yet... but it looks pretty nice... dude... i don't know if you've seen the pic from the reviews here for the Spartan DE Type II... but man...

dude... the thing is so light... you don't realize how light it is until you actually lift it...

anyways... i PROBABLY won't install it until after the show... there is a chance i will... cause i wanna... but yea... since u're a JIC fan like me, you should stop by and check it out if you haven't seen it before...

well... it sticks out a LITTLE past the bumper. not too far though. cause according to david (white sti from chase), it didnt quite fit "cherry" cause of the resonator or somethin like that.

sound? when i'm idling or in the lower rpm range, it's not too loud (which is just the way i like it). in the higher end it growls like a beast. i THINK it's louder then the HKS, but i'm not too sure. cause it sounds pretty similar.

the main thing i'm happy about is the weight loss and the fact that i can finally hear my boxer engine roar. lol.

if you look at the car from afar, the exhaust just looks like it belongs. again. it gives it a clean "stock wannabe" look.
