Not going to give out particulars like names, but the driver and the passenger are ok. Both went to Queens with various injuries (broken ankle, ribs, head trauma, etc.) Lost control of the vehicle on the Punchbowl off, climbed the embankment, and hit a tree dead center. Engine caught on fire, cars a total loss. I was one of the 1st guys on scene. Everyone be careful.

glad everyone is ok but this is why we should leave street racing and showboating to the honda guys (not that they should be doing it but thats who i would expect it from). hopefully everyone is being smart over the holiday weekend.

hearing it second hand, but my friend who met up with us last night said they were called out by the subie (they kept revving at them)...they ignored it, and the white subie sped off...then they seen it later on, on fire...
