okay assomeof u may know i got into a little accident with my car a few weeks ago.

rightnow immreally pissed about the other party because they say they will go and report it to the insurence but every time i call thier insurence they say no report was made yet.

so i called my insurence and my agent said they will deal with it but its been about 1 week already

 

That sucks. Like most companies, they want their payments on time, but when it comes to filing claims or refunds, they take their time. Hope it gets resolved soon.

with all my experiences with insurance companies, every one of them had been resolved within 2 days. maybe its time to call and make sure they're not taking their sweet time.

I had AIG before. Although I don't like their punitive rate hikes once you get into an accident or get a moving violation, I liked and appreciated their ultra quick response to accidents. My incident was resolved in no time at all. I suspect that other party of yours is taking you for a ride.
