was anyone in the water today?

Thank God a nice swell has come to visit this little island in the middle of the Pacific we call home

Anyways the 5-8 ft. sets were a blast today....went out a few times.... Pt. Panics/Kewalos by Pflueger, and The wall out at waikiki.... got some pretty good rides and got werked a few times too.....

AND>....its gonna be big again and maybe even better tomorrow from what some people say!

boy I cannot wait to do it again

to whoever I ran over today.....I am terribly sorry.....

I mean, this is HI ya know....

anyways was in the water again today over at Publics..... It was great! Caught some really long rides. And got the last waves of that dying swell... and talked to a japanese cutie in the water, man she could ripp pretty good....

and to that punk kid on the surfboard I ran over.....next time get out of the way! or your gonna get drilled

Yeah, I bodyboard and surf. I'm pretty decent at bodyboarding, but have only been surfing the longboard for a year. Getting better, but kinda hard to get proficient at it when I only go out once a week. Work and all, you know?
Used to hang at publics, but my main hangout nowadays is Shallows over at Kewalo. When it's huge, I love hanging far out next to Walls. Couldn't make this last swell. Crap! Oh well, hopefully there will be something rideable this weekend...

Wish I was there.....

Nice to surf where you don't need a wetsuit. Oh yeah, and you have real surf.
Hopefully we can get some of that swell here on the mainland. I learned how to surf in Kihei Recently.

Going tomorrow morning.
We are expecting a warm couple of days ahead. Tomorrow should be nice

I Surf

Nope, didn't get out today. I long board and usually bodyboard out at Off the Walls, Back Doors, Ehukai and Logs. However my fav is Keiki shore break! Let me know if you're interested in rushing North Shore this season. There should be a swell sometime this month, usually at the end of Sept.

Damn I'm jealous! I only get to boogie board a few times a year at Sandy's and Makapu'u -- otherwise, I'm stuck with what most of the time? Crappy Ocean Beach here in S.F.! Ah it's hot today and I'd kill for some compact, quick breakers. So jealous...

Im down to charge some north shore swells! Last winter was nutz!

and the waves are sooo much faster. They come like steam rollers!

OH, check this crap out..... My other buddy was out yesterday too at publics...and said he saw Carmen Diaz and Justin timberlake??? I know Carmen broke her nose last week..... He said they were inside around the jetty....Too bad I was waaay outside. It would have been pretty cool to meet them.... o well maybe next time....

I want to go out, ..... but I don't have a board, ...... and when I do have moeny for something, ....... I always spent it on my car!!

v rod has like 4 boards he never uses, and is too lazy to go out and let me borrow one!!

i took my shortboard to work yesterday but a friend of mine, who works across ala moana, told me that the swell had died by the time i got off work.

i usually surf at three's and rockpiles.

Got to love the shore break. Waimea Bay shore break in winter with a 8+ face. Damn do I wish winter would hurry up and get here

Dude, my co-worker's wife is hooking up w/ Justin and Cameron this Saturday on the North Shore for a house viewing. His wife is a realitor and they're thinking about purchasing a $9mill property. NUTZ OR WHAT??? I guess if you got the cash, flaunt it!
