Intercooler Spray Kit

Ok guys, need some help with wiring. Just picked up the components for a STI intercooler spray kit. It includes the Rally switch, STI sprayers, washer fluid tank w/ dual pumps and a vacume presure switch to activate the sprayer at a designated boost level. It's a little more set and go versus the US STI spray system. Anyone got a similar set up?

Feed back would be great!

Cant be much help, but I like the idea of it spraying for you. Reaching down to find the switch while on the 1/4 mile probably isnt easy... Wonder if we can mod our stock system...

Electronic Presure Switch

Dave, yup, that's why I bought this set up piece by piece. Let me know if you're interested in the presure switch. As for moding the current STI system, it can be done, but I believe you will have to get the same on/off switch as I do through Rallispec.com.

Cost??

Well, the whole cost set up with 2 switches (One in the Current US Sti version which only activates spray while holding the button and the RALLY version switch) and all the other goodies came out to about $220 shipping included.

I would if I had an intercooler.
Wiring the system shouldn't be too hard.
Just lay it all out on the floor first, figure out what goes where, then write it down.

If you're not the electrical type, us electricians and technicians (ME, Sean etc.) can help, but we need more info than "i bought some switches and sprayers".

Definitely sounds more efficient that what I was looking at. I was looking to just have a remote switch that I was going to solder into the existing IC switch so I could work it from the steering wheel. Blitz has a switch that allows you to switch their boost controller from HI to LO and I was going to use that and just mount it on the wheel when needed, but I think your solution is much better. If youre gonna be at install day lets chat...

Greddy has that remote steering wheel-mounted switch ...

Larry, are you going to make it out to the install day? If so, we could probably do it then if you haven't already done it. Do you have the wiring and stuff already?

Ah yeah, its probably the Greddy one I was thinking about then. Was just looking for some switch that I could use that was temporary mountable. I like Larrys solution better tho.

Thanks

Guys, thanks for the assistence, but I got the schematics for the AUS RALLY Version STI IC Spray kit. I'm pretty sure it's all figured out. I just need to make some time to do it. Once it's done, I'll be happy to help anyone else out. By the way, if you're interested in the boost activated switch I have, let me know.
