Hello all,

I'm about to finish school at UH with a marketing and international business degree and I was thinking about moving to Las Vegas. I was wondering if any of you folks know of people or personally lived in Vegas? Did you like it? How's the job market and economy there? I was there about 2 weeks ago for vacation but wasn't there long enough to check out the entire place. I was hoping to get a marketing position with a large casino like MGM-Mirage and maybe work in the service industry (waiter, bartender, etc) at night. What do you guys think? Thanks!

job...... easy to get for sure in the field your looking at........ weather..... hard to deal with imo 100 degrees at 230 in the morning is just waaaaaay to hot good thing is that its only like that for about three months..... good luck!!

 

Yeah i heard you can fry an egg on your hood in the summers... not sure if there's a large suby community up there but hopefully I can pick up an STi after I get settled there....

 

yeah theres a crap load of subys in vegas youll see alot of em im sure!!
