Anyone know Third?
He is the owner of an GG Evo IX MR with Voltex stuff.
I received that in my e-mail...
and after a couple of reply I received 2 time a email but with a different amount of money.
I suspected after coupled of mail that his account was hacked or something like that because...
His familly can't send 1700$ to bring him back?
If anyone know him and have his cellphone, can you check if his account was hacked and he is still in Honolulu???
or if you received that mail, be careful.

I'm writing this with tears in my eyes,I came down here to Wales,United Kingdom for a short vacation unfortunately i got mugged at the park of the hotel where i stayed,all cash,credit card and cell were stolen off but luckily for me is that i still have my passports with me.
I've been to the embassy and the Police here but they're not helping issues at all and my flight leaves in less than 3hrs from now but am having problems settling the hotel bills and the hotel manager won't let me leave until i settle the bills,I'm freaked out at the moment

I have contacted them (his family) but the little money they have sent was what i used to settle some case in the police custody..

Yeah, but it is really him. I would like to help... but I doesn't sound like him at all especially when you send a email to " sales@awdmotorsports.com " and ask for help...
But he might have just selected all his contact list when he was still in shock or the scammer is stupid.
Anyway being in New Zealand, I can't do much to help him from here... ( if it was really him ).

Whoa. Really weird. It almost sounds like one hell of a scam but then again you are weakened emotionally by his loss if the story is true. If you know him personally maybe would be able to somehow verify it is him by asking him something only he would know?
But, I find that reply-to email addy really odd, just as you did.

He is a good friend I met in Honolulu and he was really helpful during my stay.
So I don't want to ignore it, how about it was real?
So far I will take it like a scam, I asked him his cellphone number and no replied yet...
I'm going to text him and see how it goes but I'm not sure how to make international calling from a prepay cellphone.
