any1 have experience swapping out trannys?
i just ordered a MY06 JDM 5-speed wrx tranny and rear diff. from gruppe-s for my 03 wrx. i have already spend a ton on the tranny and i also have to buy new axles, and getting it installed at a shop will cost even more $$$. so i was wondering if any of you guys have any experience with swapping out trannys before??? how hard of a task would swapping out the tranny, rear diff., and axles be?

That should be the same tranny that's in the forester XT's
that will be a great setup!
the only difference between your rear end and that rear end is the final gear ratio is different.
