Question 98 RS SOHC heads

Do these heads flow more than the WRX heads? Will these heads be suitable for forced induction? Will they pair nicely with the 2.5l STi block? What will the compression be with the RS heads and STi block?

Oh wait, a reputable friend told me that the compression will be 9:?:1. He also said that cam work is preferred.

Anyone know a reputable local machinist?

Mahalos!
