Just promoting the name. Lmao. The new wrx is growing on me faster than the 2010 I currently drive. Im debating on whether I want to go test drive one or wait a little more and go test drive the gt-r... tired of starting to see more punks driving wrx's. I'd rather see a rich azz hole driving the same car then some kid who has intentions of reving at every traffic light.

I'd rather see anyone driving it honestly.... to it's potential.

I was looking online myself about them an this time there is not much of a huge difference in the wrx vs the sti. Wrx are 6 speeds now an people I know that have both said both pull almost the same just the STI still comes with the bigger inner cooler.

What about the brakes, suspension, etc? That is what really sets them apart.

I was up at servco about 3 days ago looking at the black wrx an red STI an brakes looked to be the same as far as suspension I have no idea. But from my test drives there is really no difference. Not a dramatic one anyway.

there is a HUGE difference from the 2014 to 2015 wrx....... to start the Brakes are bigger along with bigger rotors.

the bolt pattern is now 5x114.3

they now have pillow ball mounts

they also have bigger sway bars

they also have aluminum control arms now.

6spd MT not same as the sti

if you guys are serious in getting one lmi we have some in stock

I would still choose the sti over the wrx for handling wise all day! they made BIG improvements to the wrx but the sti also had some of there own and a huge one is the steering got even quicker then before! i been driving both and hands down the sti feels better on turns and the shifting is crisp!

what he said. there was a vid (chosen one) on nasioc where a few enthusiast were able to drive/win a wrx. they commented on the handling aspect and let the guys do timed runs on both, old and new wrx. the gap in handling has gotten a lot smaller, with not much of a change in price, you get a lot more out of the wrx now.
