Servco Subaru on Mapunapuna has a limited stock of WRXs in. They had 3 launches (2 are sold and 1 is reserved already). They have 7 more coming, 4 are staying on Oahu, the other 3 are going to other islands.

I just reserved 1 of the last 4. They'll arrive in late April. They look a LOT better in person than they do in the pictures.

I noticed they did at the auto show a few weeks ago. They also did away with that annoying shelf in trunk so its easier for the guys who want thump. ONLY thing I didnt likr about it was the fender flares looking more boxy making the lines look more defined vs smooth.

 

I haven't read too much into it mainly because i can't afford it. But i heard that they have chains instead of belts for timing, which will be nice.

 

so are you getting into the 2015 STI LE?

 

They have to much of an Evo front. Side mirrors look bad. I dunno, I hate it, but I'm jealous cuz I like having things other don't.

 

another thing I did see was that the sti msrp was only 4k more than the wrx. I don't know exactly which models were on the floor, but I did notice the small4k difference in models

 

WoW thats actually a heck of a deal, depending on what all you get. But still 4k more not to shabby.

the sti they had on the floor was the basic one and the wrx was the limited. itll probably be the same as 2014 models. I doubt prices will change. im still upset that they are bringing the red color back after I had to get the swp....

 

I paid just about 40k including taxes for my sti limited 2014. I imagine it wont be to far off from that.

 

the wrx at the show had a msrp of $31,??? and the wrx sti was $35,???

It wont surprise me if they are only ordering a few of these at a time cause they know they can get 40k for a wrx after markup and fees. I would personally pay 500 for a round trip tick to cali, pay below msrp, pay 1k to ship (even if I get it a month later) just to save 4k+ after all said and done. take a vacation while i'm at it.
