Kaaz 5sp gear set questions.
I was just wondering if I could get some more info on the Kaaz 5sp gear sets you guys offer. Obvously they are stonger but to what degree's of power have you heard customers putting on them? And I know it says that they retain their driveability but does it feel the same, is it a little tougher to shift it or what? And how often do you have them in stock? Oh yeah, and I don't know the actual subaru tranny gear ratio's, are these ones different than that of the stock gears? If so what kind of a loss to top speed are we talking about?

We don't always have them in stock but we can get them.
This is from our website:
The Kaaz Gearsets come from world-famous LSD and transmission component manufacturer Kaaz. The Kaaz highly-strengthened gearsets feature a straight-cut first and second gear, which reduces the thrust loads that often cause failure of the factory gears. The gearsets are manufactured from a custom high-strength metal alloy that has been heat treated and stress relieved to ensure uniformity and strength. These gears are capable of handling over 400awhp. Best of all they are synchromesh gears, which retains factory drivability.
All gearset kits include Kaaz Gears 1-5, main shaft, properly matched speed-o gear, and necessary Genuine Subaru locknuts and washers. Please see our bearing and synchro sections for a complete rebuild kit. Rebuild time is generally 5-6 hours of bench time (not including removal & installation) and if your transmission is damaged will usually require new bearings and synchros.
Gear Ratios:
First Gear 3.167
Second Gear 2.267
Third Gear 1.667
Fourth Gear 1.250
Fifth Gear 0.964

For the $, I would go with RA gearsets.
Thanks
