Perrin crank pulley help...

So I was trying to install a Perrin light weight crank pulley on my 09 WRX and I ran into a problem. I have no idea of how to get the belt off the A/C and factory crank pulley. There are no tention bolts and I can't figure out a way to get it off. The 02-07's have tension bolts but I guess they changed that for the 2008's and beyond. Has anyone tried to put one of these on? I need your help! Thanks!

You cut it off.

As you know they use a tension/stretch belt and the instructions for the new belts say to cut off the old one, you get a "tool" with the new belts to help put the new one on.
You can retrofit the older style tensioner set-up to make it easier - you then need the older length belt too.

You didn't do any research before you bought it?

I guess not enough... I watched the video that Perrin has on their website but I assumed that it was the same for the 08's and up. I didn't realize that Subaru took of the A/C tention bolts for the late models. *** U ME! LOL
I heard about cutting the belt but I wanted to see if anyone had a better solution. Thanks for your input.
