i recently bought a 98 forester L what do i have to use to get a nice drop on it
i read that some of you guys use sti and wrx suspension parts what are those parts just springs???

I have an '05 XT that I lowered using '05 Wrx struts with STi springs. Lowered it probably close to 3", it looks much better.

 

will the same setup work on the 98 forester? does anyone know ?
or better yet can i use a wrx coilover damper!!!?

I know for sure the top hats in the front aren't the same on the 98 we tried using WRX springs on an SF the other week.

Check over at www.subaruforester.org someone over there with an SF could most likely tell you. I think if you swap out the strut as a whole unit (top hat and all) it might work.
