Forester Q's

I'm looking at buying a 98-02 forester and I wanted to know if their are any lowering springs/ strut combo's out their. All I've been able to find is straight coil-overs and that it.

Also, do any of the impreza suspension stuff of the same era fit? And what about the exhaust?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

As I understand it, any 02+WRX or 04 STI suspension will fit the forester XT, but will lower it significantly. If you go with coilovers, obviously you can dial the height up a bit.

I'm not sure about the older / non-XT foresters, but my understanding is that the forester has always been built on the Impreza platform so that should mean that WRX parts should work.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong!

Slynki ('98 S) is riding around on WRX wagon suspension ('03) with Prodrive springs.

Works perfectly, corners on rails, and drops it right down.

See subaruforester.org for more information.
