what's this letter from SOA about 2.5l

Just got a letter from SOA about special conditioner has to be added to the engine cooling system for 1999-2002 2.5 liter engines. It talks about possible external coolant leak at the vehicle engine cylinder head gaskets.
Should we worry about this and go to subaru to add this special coolant for free. Just filling you guys in for those who didn't get the letter yet.

Car Info: 1998 Subaru Legacy L 5-speed

My dad got it today for his 01 Legacy and forwarded it to me, I would say definately go to subaru to get the conditioner.

Do you just take the car to the dealer? Does anybody have a copy of the letter they can attach or just give me the specifics? What do I tell the dealer?

when you get the recall letter you then can procede to go to the dealer and they will add the conditioner...show the letter to the people in the repair shop
