Not a chance. But slap the OEM stuff back on, drive for a few weeks in the winter muck to get it nice and dirty, and they won't ever know the difference.

That's sweet to hear. Glad some dealers realize that they still get paid for warranty work, and Subaru will never know by looking at the dead sensor that you had a Cobb or Ganzflow in front of it. Silly people. Isn't a tuner's money as green as the soccer moms in their LL Bean Legacys?

Subaru is required by federal law to replace the MAF, and is not supposed to let a MY99 leave the garage without replacing it. I figure worst they could do is just give you the sensor and make you replace it yourself.
my $ is a LOT greener. I've spent a lot more there than a soccer mom getting an oil change.
