He's still ironing out the last few little problems, but it's almost ready for market. As for what else needs to be done, it depends on boost level. 5 psi and under should be fine, start getting higher, and you'll want to look at a better clutch, fueal pump, and maybe injectors. But if you want big boost, then you will have to start looking at lower compression internals, and stonger tranny gears. But even at 5 psi, a 2.5RS will un with a stock WRX, and have power off boost, too.
