smaller exhaust tips
hi guys,
i have noticed that a lot of the aftermarket exhaust setups for the suby's have very large exhaust tips the connect with the muffler. is there one out there where i can get a small tip? i bassically want aftermarket exhaust without advertizing it so to speak. thanks.

Well, brullen and strommung have dual stainless steel tips and it looks very similar to the wrx stock exhaust (nicer though and slightly larger) but it looks stock-ish-ish, they are both great exhausts. Plus they fit the indent under the rear bumper nicley and are behind the bulper, not sticking out like other exhausts, Id go check them out! I have the strommung and wouldn't trade it for any other.

You might want to look at a custom muffler like Magnaflow too. They can put just about any tip you want on their mufflers.

I too am looking for stock looking setups:
So far i've found these guys make dual tips:
BPM
MRT
M2 ( I was gonna get thier turbo back, but it took them 2 months to respond to my inquiry, and it was rude, didn't even say 'thanks for inquiring'. Also on www.subarureview.com, their pipes were messed up and when people installed them, the splitter blocked the gate from opening and blew the solenoid... or something like that)

MashiMOMO, you can also get a custom looking (but not sounding!) muffler from any of the custom manufacturers like Magnaflow or Borla or whoever. I put the link to Magnaflow above, it's easy to sort through their stuff.

Also check out . I favor duel tip polished mufflers, preferrably around 2.5-3" per tip. Get what you want and don't worry about what other people like or dislike.
