Engine/Power - non turbo (All non turbo Imprezas) Who needs a turbo when you have 2500cc? Cams, intakes, exhausts, etc. The 2.2L and 1.8L Subies are cool too.

removing front bumper help

help removing front bumper. any links on how i can remove it so i can install my CAI? for 99 rs coupe. any DIY??

I've got on 06 and instead of removing the bumper i took the wheel off and removed the liner in the wheel well, might actually be easier then doing the whole bumper

i got a 98 L but i would agree with the above just be carefull with those pain in the *** fastiners

I third that... go through the wheel well, taking off the bumper is gonna be a pain in the butt to take off and put back on. theres a few fasteners in the inside of your grill that are OH SO FUN to put back on, kinda like doin a circus act.

cool. thanks for the advice. i was going to try that route too but wasnt sure if it was possible. yea i hate those fasteners cas they're hard to take off and once u do its hard to put back on. well imma try today since its sunny out. hopefully i will be done soon. doesnt seem too complicated.

I found if you clean them off in hot water before you put them back on they work so much better.
