Need help with rough idle

Need help with rough idle
I have a 2002 LGT that recently gave me:
P0130 - 02 circuit (bank 1, sensor 1)
Ended up replacing both 02 sensors but now I get:
P0171 - System too lean (bank 1)
and when you start it (cold or warm engine) the idle bounces and most of the time stabilizes but on occasion dies. With the A/C on it seems to idle fairly well but I have no idea what the issue is.
I have tried clearing the code, cleaning the IAC, spraying carb cleaner to look for a leak and still nothing. Any advice?
