i am looking to get a CF hood with scoop and putting a filter right under the hole from scoop. i am want to know if any one done that and if i shoudl or shouldnt. here is a picutre of my moter area tell me what i shoudl shouldnt keep and such

 

where are you going to put the MAF?

All that work is not going to give you significant gains. But if you want to do it because it may look cool, hey, sounds like a fun project.

I'd say just get a good panel filter (K&N or Perrin or if you have the money the full Cobb intake) and go ahead and do a hoodscoop anyway, a cooler engine is always good.

 

now where can i buy a good cold air intake for a 98 subaru impreza L. or Rs cause i hear that every thing is swapable
