ignition timing

hey guys does anyone here know the factory ignition timing on the 2.5 rs?

Car Info: 1993/2000/2001 GF4 mostly red

The RS has adaptive ignition timing so it varies. It's generally more advanced than a WRX, since the RS is less able to induce knock without boost. Are you planning a turbo kit?

hmm is there a controller for tbe adaptive timing? my buddy turbo'ed his 2.5 and with good result, i was actually trying to find out because no one here knew (my group of friends)...lol my wrx is gone (sold), but i know this forum might help because tbis is where the subaru people are...thanks in advance
