HELP weird radiator fan cycling and cel blinking HELP

i recently finished my swap and nw my fans cyle and my ecu turns on and off and my cel is blinking i cant figure it out someone help

Coolant temp gauge sender? Or is there an ambiant air sensor for the fans also? If the temp gauge sender is iffy, it could do that. Brian

That Too I Started It Up Whith The Light Blinkin And The Fans Runnin And The Temp Gauge Read Overheating And I Took Off The Rad Cap And It Was Not Hot At All

this is a electrical problem

i had the same issue with my car, where id start it up, and immediately the fans would come on with a CEL. Occassionally the fans would go off, the CEL would too, and after a week or two, the car wouldn't even start if the CEL was on. Took it to my mechanic and they said the thermostat was screwed up.

Maybe not the same thing though.
