weird fan cycling and cel flashing someone help

i recently finished my swap and nw my fans cyle and my ecu turns on and off and my cel is blinking i cant figure it out someone help

Well it sounds like you may have the Test Mode connectors plugged in. They are the two green connectors under the dash near/above the OBD-II connector. When plugged in, the fans will cycle and the CEL will blink rapidly, but the ECU turning on/off sounds like it could be something different. Make sure you have your power wires correct, such as from the main relay, battery, and ignition. Hope this helps.
