EJ25 SOHC Phase II? Ways to run high RPM?

I'm looking to find the specs, stroke and bore of the Phase II motor.
I'm also curious to know if it's possible to fit a shorter stroke crankshaft to it to raise the RPMs more safely. I already know that I'll have to fit longer rods to make it work. So is this possible? What are issues that I will run into?

this only worth doing if you are going to run different cams (more agressive)
If you simply redo the springs, retainers to something stiffer/stronger and then get some delta cams, a 7k redline would be super reliable.
but again, our cams are the weakest link, they make power to 5600 and just DIE, so do the above and you'd be in the 150-160whp (Mustangs dyno) range with a tune off a piggyback ecu on 91oct.

Hmmmmm.... ok...
So I need more information, I'm looking at a interesting build for making NA power. I'm thinking a Redline of up to 8.5-9k.
Requiring these Parts:
Shorter stroke Crankshaft
Longer Conrods
Forged Pistons
Stiffer valve springs
stronger retainers
Aggressive cams
Port and Polish
ECU or Piggyback tune with 91 Octane
and maybe a bump in CR to 10.5
What are the thoughts on this kind of build? What crankshaft could I use for this? This is merely an idea of mine that I thought of, and maybe someone else has done this as well.
