Cobb Street Performance Cams
I have a 2000 2.5RS and have every bolt on known to man, other than a Turbo, which I would really like to stay away from. My question, I would like to install Cobb Stage 1 heads and street Performance cams, however; I've heard people saying that I would'nt pass New York State inspection with either the heads or cam. This makes no sense to me, since N.Y.S. INSPECTION IS NOT THAT HARD TO PASS, BUT i THOUGHT i SHOULD ASK.
