cams where can i get them from who, what does it take to get the ball rolling, parts wise. how hard are they to put in?

check out www.cobbtuning.com. They have 3 kinds all fairly resonably priced and the claim almost 20hp from stock. Add an intake and exaust and lookin at mabye 35hp. As for install shouldn't be too hard to find someone to do them but make sure it is a respectable mechanic who knows what he is doing. I would probably try and find someone with a little experiance with cams on subarus if possible

 

$499 for the new cams plus $400 core for Cobb cams, regardless of which ones you get. TWE (www.techworkseng.com) also makes Subaru cams. Definitely look for someone who has worked on Subaru heads before and not screwed them up. I'd be totally guessing on the labor cost though.
