Which Cam?

Cobb Street is often discussed here and other boards. Lesser known but possibly "better" and certainly cheaper are JA (Japanese Automotive, Toronto) and TWE (Techworks Engineering, Calgary).
I've never seen clear before/after dyno and 0-60, 1/4 times etc on any cam. Some people report zero gains if you have no other mods. Other people did headers, exhaust, intake camsdat the same time, so it's hard to tell how much cams helped. Others did head work at the same time, so again can't tell what cams did.
What is needed is someone to get some numbers with just bolt-ons, then again after installing cams.
