Hey Guys,

I was wondering if the Blitz Nur Spec R catback will fit on my stock 1998 Impreza 2.5RS? Any problems with hangers, (ground) clearance, overall fitment? If any modifications are needed, what?

If it is made for a 2.5RS, it should fit. If it is made for a WRX or STi, no.

 

lol you said it so matter-of-factly that it made me seem hella dumb. yeah, i forgot to mention that it was for an 05 STi...so that was my main concern. thanks onion =]

 

hehehe....it happends man, i ask the most obvious questions also...

 

However, if it is cheap enough, you can go to a muffler shop and have it custom fitted.

 

lol yeah, i was like..damn, how did i forget to type that the NurSpec i was talkin about wasn't specifically for an RS? hahah

 

yeah...i'll look into that. my options are either the nurspec and go custom fitted or to get the stromung's dual tip axleback <---- i really like how those look

 

Consider the STi OEM catback. That isn't a bad way to go.

 

i might consider it...i also have a friend who might sell me his WRX set up...i was looking for something more towards aftermarket parts that look as close to stock/stealthy, like the stromungs
