xpt stage 3 race
I was running that map yes, but I believe me running the FMIC setup and SRi may have caused that, as the Map was designed for a STi TMIC and CAI. I never logged my car then to make the proper adjustments.
Since i have had the new motor in, I have took the time to logg and had Braden make adjustments. I hooked up a wideband to make shure I have no issues with my setup, and runs great now with no problems, and pulls great.

I'd just rather get it protuned on my AP and have a tuner actually in the car and work with it for a couple hours rather than over the internet w/ assumption numbers on hp/tq. Plus my AP is undetecable
Basically you get what you pay for.

Couple hours? I know Mike didnt spend more than about 45-1hr tuning on your setup. I was at GST a few days after your tune.
Plus I have seen other VF39s he has tuned and he look at the time on the dyno charts and their around 45min from the baseline pull to the finish.
So a couple Hours

As for the assumption of numbers, I know where the area of my numbers is around possibly due to the fact of messing with a few cars making from the 280-290ish WHP Range.
Either way it doesnt matter what my numbers are, I know my car has a smooth powerband, and runs great.
I mean we can always try your Protune against my so called Internet Tune??

im just tryin to go about savin a lil money on tuning. i want more power than the td04 can offer so the ots xpt vf39 map will be fine for now, powerwise that is. i want to add some more bolt ons too and dont want to keep on payin to get retuned. i do want a tune from Ed in the future though. sorry if my wording doesnt make sense im at work and tired
This tune is plenty man until you go see ed. Ed is very good man.
Just so you know, once you purchase the xpt stage 3 map you dont need to pay to have it retuned. Its free. He will make adjustments for you at no price at all, since you already bought the map.
But none the less this will do you fine until you go see ed no doubt. I will be seeing ed also here soon with my new setup

Im using the XPT Stage 2 map for 05 STI and i love how it is right now its a lot better than the Cobb OTS map. Im waiting on the new map to come in and im pretty sure it will be great. Also riding in Spadez_Wrx car with the stage 3 map it felt great and ive seen it beat other cars that ive never thought it could take out.

I dont take cost in to consideration when messing with my ECU.
