im looking 2 buy the stage 2 cobb kit but i am reading alot about needing 2 bore out the wastegate or you will get boost creep and what not. just wonderin if i will have any problems in the long run with buying this kit for my 06 wrx

I dunno if the 06's are different, but the 02-05s I believe have been running Cobb stage 2 without problems

 

engine management will solve this. get an ACCESSPORT

 

well duh stage 2 is TBE with accessport. with the sti's i guess the wastegate hole is 2 small on the turbo and it creates boost creep under high rpms and when your boost creeps higher than stock your ecu will freek out and cut out. i dont know if the same problem will occur on the new wrx's because they have the sti block but the wrx turbo... anyone got the stage 2 cobb on their 06-07 wrx's? i need 2 know if its worth the 1800 bucks
