WorxTuning BOV Feedback
Looking for feedback on the WorxTuning DualStage BOV. Dont post if you are just going to say a BOV is a waste of time!!!! But if you do have experience with these, I would like some feedback. I am thinking of going with the Wrinkle red to match my manifold.

subaru / turbo noobie....
I'm currently in the process of selling my 330ci ( drewcon on www.e46fanatics.com ) (Eisenman exhaust, ECIS intake, UUC Sways, H&R springs) to get a Sti...
...what the hell does a blowoff valve do in terms of INCREASING performance, it seems all the posts I read say it decreases performance ?...
I realize the temptation of the PSSSSHHHT, but I would never sacfrifice performance for a sound...
...could someone explain it any better.

I love my Worx valve (and exhaust
). The overall performance of the valve is great. I have done the worx/stock/worx/stock switch to test the difference between the two. I think the bottom line is that this valve will flow more, so between shifts the compressor has the ability to spin freely. All I know is that when you get back on the throttle, Boost is ON. Much more so then a stock valve. As far driving goes, it doesnt cause the little backfires like many experience when using a valve that vents to atmosphere. I have been told this is because of the design where it goes to the plumb back then to atmosphere. Plus the atmosphere vent is adjustable to allow full plumb back or varying amounts of vent. I normally run mine half open or closed on a daily basis and run it full open on the weekends when I know that someone will want to play. So IMO, it works AWSOME. It doesn't add HP, but it does alter the way the boost responds enough to make the car quicker. Plus to top it all off, it is VERY well made. Beautifull CNC'd aluminum construction.
Hope this helps you both

I have the wrinkle red and it looks great. It is extremely easy to adjust and sounds good also. This is a very nice piece of craftsmanship. I would definitely recomment this one to anyone looking for a new bypass/bov.
