I just installed the Blitz BOV Kit in my new STI. I am very happy to heard the woosh. I am thinking to get the boost controller. I want to know what is the safty psi i can go up to on my 2.5 STI engine(stock turbo setup)? Post your experience please!
You have an STi. This type of question is best asked in the 'Performance > EJ 25T' forum, or better yet the 'Engine Management' forum.

I would avoid manual and electronic boost controllers on the STi altogether. Wait for a bit, as all of the Subaru tuning shops are working on real engine management projects for the STi. Vishnu Performance has come up with a true power-enhancing kit that is safe for the STi. Call them for availability.

I'd stay away from boost controlers at all costs. as WW said its a much better idea to probably wait for tuners to map out the ECU and then create some electronic engine managment systems. they might be more expensive at first but in the long run it will save you from having to possibly replace you engine.
