I have an 07 wrx tr and i am currently wanting to upgrade to some more horses. I was thinking about the vf39 and stmic borla hush cbe and either a tune.. or find a good priced apv1..

My question is this: What is the most cost effective way to gain more horses instead of getting vf39 and getting a vf34.. or even going a completly different way?

pretty much all vf series turbos are going to get you the same results.
but I do believe the vf34 is a slight advantage in spool.

I did a VF43, STI TMIC, already had a Helix catted DP & Borla Hush catback. Tuning done initially via Cobb AP V2 vf39 map to get around on, then I bought an email tune w/revisions from Clark Turner. Overall its not that difficult of a process.

Let me know if you want install help or PM if you have more questions.
