Then yes, you have "turbo back exhaust". No, you don't need an uppipe due to your car coming from the factory with a catlees uppipe. Upgrading the uppipe is only necessary when you go with a bigger turbo than a VF series turbo(found on the STi, different and older models for the Impreza as well as Legacy's etc). Also PLEASE stop using capital letters to begin every word.

PS-Spend the money you used on the upipe for a rear sway bar or Engine Managment if you have the $$$$.

It's not totally necessary but some people recommend it with a bigger turbo. I did just to be sure.

uppipes

it is not COMPLETELY necessary to get an aftermarket uppipe BUT it would help your spool significantly because even though the stock uppipes are now catless the stock design itself is still pretty restrictive.

EDIT: I would HIGHLY suggest you use that money to get some sort of EM[COBB Accessport or HYDRA($$$)] b4 you buy the uppipe though

my car is driven daily

In my point of view, messing around with the ecu. could really harm my car. Tunning takes alot of time and you really have to know what the hell your doing. im not an F1 driver and my car is not a race car. All i wanted from my car is that rumble feeling and the sound of the bov. Thanks alot though guys. You really help.

Sell it and to get the most bang for your buck you should buy a cobb AP. and it takes like a couple of minutes to install and doesn't have the car at all.

06+ WRX already have a catless uppipe, so you dont need an aftermarket uppipe
