Alright decided to take a break from some other stuff and play around with trying to fab up the endtanks. The first piece is perfect right off the bat which I'm happy about. heres some pics, just need to cut out the both sides and weld them together and do the same for the other side of the core.

Great Work!!!

I pray to the California God of Referees that you dont get pulled over. However, if that does happen Im sure your car will end up in some sort of training manual for new CHP officers. That would be an honor of sorts...right? GL the set-up looks beautiful. You should think about doing work on the side. I'm sure people would pay top dollar to have a customized setup like yours.

thanks....I dont get into trouble so it shouldnt be an issue, or so i hope. I do side work, but everyone has all these ideas and wants extravagant stuff done, but they just dont want to pay for it.

Well it looks like I'm going to have to redo my links since the pics arent showing....since Im organizing my photobucket account. Anyways here some pics from tonight. Welded up the other end tank, and here are some pics of both laid up next to the core. Just need to do some final trimming on the excess pieces so they fit nicely. Then drill and weld on some tubing to the end tanks so it can be attached to the rest of the core and not have shavings stuck in the core assembly

thanks for the offer, but Im just organzing my account into categories instead of just one big confusing mess. It took too long to sort through 20+pgs to find something. Plus the more and more stuff im doing these days the pictures will only be multiplying. Hopefully I'll have a real camera int he next few weeks to make up for my crap photos.
