Torque Specs

I need torque specs for an ej25 such as the head bolt torques and cam cap torques thanks. If you guys know a web page with this info that would be great.

try nasioc and search for "torque specs". they are scattered all over the place and a one thread spec sheet would be nice. maybe one day
