There is a good video of the exhaust sound on www.hksusa.com that where you can hear the sound of the exhaust and also the bov too.

Since I'm not ready to shell out the money for Vishnu Stage 1 (TBE & engine mgmt.), I just got a catback.
I picked up a nice used Tanabe Super Medallion Racing catback, and it works great.

Or better yet, when i first got my turboXS catless downpipe and midpipe on my STI, I ran for a couple days with no exhaust on at all besides the downpipe. NOW THAT WAS THROATY, lol I was setting off car alarms everywhere i went, and when it backfired i could feal it shake the floorboards. But hell it was a lotta fun

I have the Invidia Ti TBE and it is absolutely mean sounding. No cats so it is loud and smelly. When my bro was behind me in his convertible mustang he said he couldn't even hear his car over my exhaust. This was at a stoplight when. XX Tuning has a special on them still and it is definately the best exhaust I have see/heard on any STi yet.
