FMIC piping, as far as I know, gets nowhere near as hot as exaust piping and they wrap that all the time. So I'm sure wrapping IC tubes is fine...I have no idea about the pros/cons of powder coating them would be though.
I also have the front mount Perrin with FP RED turbo. I have my FMIC pipes powdercoated red to match the intake manifold. Looks sick with no problems. By wrap, I assume you mean header/insulative wrap? Or just decorative wrap? If its header type wrap, you may get a performance gain by insulating your pipes from the rather warm air in the engine compartment - prevent heat soak situation maybe? It would look like crap though.

Ive not heard of any significant gains from wraping FMIC piping as of yet, though if you intend to do so, only wrap the pipe from the intercooler to the throttle body(cold pipe) the hot pipe from the turbo is more often than not hotter than the ambient air temp in the engine bay, so insulating it to keep more heat inside would be a bit counter productive.
