Should I change the rods

I have a 2.5 litre motor out to put CP forged pistons on, and I am just wondering if I should whack some ARGO rods on while its out?
I want low 11's and to run 25 psi. I think stock rods are ok for this, but if I want to rev it to 8000 rpm I should change rods?
Suggestions?

I am not an expert but I haven't heard the rods being the weak link in any of the motors that let go. More bearings and pistons have been the culprits.

if you can afford it, go all out, get a closed deck, and beefier rods as well as pistons, and get the crank done-up, and the whole rotating mass balanced...
