problems with exhaust install. leaks and fitment issues

ok i have the helix catted downpipe and the bosal cat back. when i put it on i noticed a couple of leaks. then i noticed that the downpipe is hitting somepeice of metal right before it connects to the cat back.

now i fixed 1 of the leaks and spent all day today trying to fix the second leak. i tried different hardware i tried using two gaskets but nothing is working if anything i mad it worse. what is leaking now is where it connects to the downpipe ontop of the flange there is a gap that i cant close it is like the donwpipe has a little bit of an upgrade so only the bottom gets a really good tight conection. what do i do. someone help my dumbass

Disconnect the axel back and try to connect the midpipe to the downpipe. It should align a bit better. I had to cut one side of my stock hangers to make my pipes fit without leaks.

Those rubber hangers I cut one side so it hangs lower and easier to move. I had to do this because I bought extended hangers for the axel back but forgot about the mid pipe.

You should realign your exhaust agian. Don't double gasket your just wasting your money, and it will still leak.
