O4'Blown up
Hey everyone. I just baught an 04 sti with a blown motor and turbo, for 18K. I am a tech at Street Concepts in Auora CO. I need some ideas on what to put this car back together with. The short block is already taken care of with the purchase of a Cobb tuning's tuner series short block. The heads will remain stock for now. Im thinking of running APS's sr55 turbo with their 3.5'' exhaust. Please give me some ideas on clutches, Engine managment, Turbo choices, and other opinions with w/experiance. Im new to the Subaru game coming from a deep Mitsubishi heritage. I do co drive for a clubrally team though that runs a subaru.
what are your plans for the car is it going to be a daily driver, drag strip king, weekend warrior it all depends on what you want to do with it. As for tuning i would get a ecuteck it is a custom tune i would also get it with bill from i speed. If you post what your plans are for the car im sure youlll get some more help
