Blown steering pump
i have blown my 2nd power steering pump.. the first time i blow it i took my baby back to the dealer and it took them 2 months to get the pump in. i brought my car back to the same dealer to get the 2nd pump, but they just give me the run around. I can never get a straight answer from them. I ask when will my car be fixed or when the pump will be in, nothing. Plus they told me i'm the ONLY person in ALL of the US to blow a steering pump. that doesnt sound right to me, i cant be the only person having trouble.
do any of you guys know where i can get a power steering pump for 2002 wrx, with out going to the dealer, like a website or something, i just cant put up with my dealers bs.

That really sucks man, it's too bad that your dealer is so uncooperative. If your car is still under warranty I would recommend going to another dealer if possible and getting your problem resolved for free.
If you are just going to replace it yourself you may want to try getting a pump from a salvage yard. Here is a link to a place that I have gotten parts from before: http://www.fsautoparts.com/. They may be able to help you out.

thanx that website had the steering pump for $175..
my car is still under warranty, but the next closest dealer is 40 min away.. and i dont really like that dealer, i brought my car to them and wanted my brakes done and an oil change, so they tell me they can do my breakes b/c my brake lights werent working, but my leds in the wing worked. my tail light werent working b/c i drifted my back end right into a tree. I hate dealers, they are just out to F%$K everyone, i had trouble with dealers when i had my 2000 Eclipse. man i hate dealers.
