need some help with mods

i have an 04 sti with an invidia tbe i want to make 400-450 at the wheels to be reliable and daily driven i have about 10 grand so i am not afraid of doing internals...

i'm think im going to have gst build my motor and am wondering what turbo would be good for 400-450 on a mustang dyno. I was looking at fp green or red, 50 trim, or gt35r. What kinda numbers are those who are using these turbo's making. Hows spool up ect.
