Need major help. ABS EBRAKE

Well ive checked everything from fuses to possible lose wires. Took it to the dealer they said they have never seen anything like it before. My problem is I have the E-Brake light stuck on with the ABS light also. The ABS doesnt work because Ive tested it. The dealer replaced a body integrated unit still with no luck. The car has like 10k miles on it and I bought it with 6 miles so its fairly new still. Just wondering if someone might have somethings I might try or have had this problem.

your still under warranty take it back. they should fix it . im a tech for dodge and a service advisor. if that dealer ship gives you crap take it to another one. make them check for recalls, TSB's(technical service bulletins), etc. its brand new im sure they'll be able to do something. just be persistent

Ive been there 4 times, and going back soon so they can have the car for a day or so. Yes fluids were checked. The ABS unit has to be dead. I guess im the only one with this problem so far. The thing that gets me is their subaru monitor wont even connect to my car, so far thats there biggest challenge after that, i guess they will beable to read from the computer to see whats wong. By connect I mean it hooks up and all but wont read from the computer just says make sure connections are connected and the key is on blah blah hit cruise control and such but still no luck.

Nothing found yet, but I can safely say it will be my last trip to this dealer. They scratched my rims real deep, didnt put my dash back on right, and when I looked at it, it had a broken bracket piece. Dont know what the dealer will say about all this but im calling them saturday to talk with the service manager thats been dealing with my car all this time. Then iam talking with the owner, hes the guy that sold me the car in the first place. Then off to another dealer I guess this one lost my business. The rims got a deep gash and a yellow dark yellow tint to it like the arms on the lifts at the dealer shop.. ? I know I didnt put them there.

(Under the air box snorkel) its the black peice infront of the silver square box thing for ABS. Bah, I still gotta go back soon as the rim comes in LOL.....
