I have a 2006 Stock WRX Sti.

I ran 13.727sec in a 1/4mile doing 94.18mph
is that about rite?

 

a stock STi with a good driver usually will hit low 13s, but there was a guy on clubwrx.net that hit 12.9 stock.

 

what was your '60 ft? thats what you need to work on. practice your launching and it will seriously improve your times.

 

my 60ft was 1.8 something but yeah my car was tire hopping on my launch hahaaha my tires must of been too hott and yeah i miss shift on 5th gear so maybe thats why,.....but damn 12.9stock!! freakin FAST!!

 

thats cool! but your trap speed is too low. ive seen alot of sti's at the track hittin 14's.. i think stock sti hits low 13's..

 

oh hahaha yeah i will practice some more after a NEW CLUTCH hahaha my current stock clutch feels softer which is scaring me hahaha

 

damn, your clutch is gone already? do you smell your clutch when you launch? if so, then your not launching properly man, thats why the clutch is wearing out so quickly. whenever a get a good launch off, there is normally very little clutch smell. probably done a good 30-40 launches and my clutch is fine. hopefully everything works out for you though.

my clutch isnt out but it just feels totally different. 20-30 launches!??? are you sure??!!

 

actually, it was 30-40 launches for me personally. my clutch isnt slipping at all.
