I will hopefully be a test vehicle for Vishnu performance, and hopefully will come out with some really great bolt on mods. You pay for what you get, but if you get the Vishnu stuff, there will be no disappointment.

From: Are you too one of the few still living the past? Well I can change that! With a simple wicket. Yes, my friend, a wicket. PM for details.
Car Info: No car right now....sob.
This isn't really a mod, but the "snorkusectomy" is a good one. (Remove the intake silencer.) Takes 20 minutes with a friend, and is free. Provides better sounding turbo, and allows the turbo to spool up a couple hundred RPM sooner.

So far on my STI:
Cusco front and rear (triangle) strut tower braces
Tien Flex coil overs w/ EDFC
Defi EGT, Boost, oil press gauges w/ control box
Pivot grounding wires
235/35/17 tires (needed more meat)
TurboXS catless downpipe
TurboXS catless midpipe
JIC bullet full titanium cat back
TurboXS UTEC (on order for the 11 weeks, I'm about to ask for my money back)
waiting for UTEC to do injectors, FPR, intake, fuel pump and FMI
K&N drop in air filter
(blitz BOV later removed to stop the car from backfiring all the time)
1 hawaiian dancing dall for my dash
theres gotta be more mods. i just can't think of anymore. I install everything myself so if anyone has any questions just let me know.

for $2,200 you can get the Vishnu Stage 1 upgrade, which is a TBE and Engine management (currently with XEDE, but re-flash is coming soon), and this is 260+hp to the wheels.
Hotchkiss competition sway bar set for Subaru STi. Chromemoly Hollow tube 1” front and rear, precision endlinks and mountings, rear 3-pos. adjustable. Cost new $586.
The Noltec or Whiteline steering rack bushings make a great difference, as will a set of JDM V8 STi Pink springs, installed on your stock struts.
Also, look into the Subaru factory short shifter kit, unless your car already comes with it. It costs $340(+/-) plus install.
Hawk HPS or HP+ brake pads, Performance Friction, or Ferodo's are all great pads, but install them once your pads wear out, they cost $300+ for the fronts.
Install some SS brakelines when you install the brake pads, you'll be very happy!

Ok biggest bang for the buck is probably steering rack bushings at 29$
Here's what I'm doing with the engine:
Invidia Downpipe $250
Used SR40 Turbo $800
Perrin Mod Inj. $220
Fuel Pump $90
K&N Short Ram In $235
UTEC $1029
Tuning $250
Suspension:
Espelir GT springs $259
Perrin Rear Sway $200
Perrin End Links $100
Performance Alignment $100
This is about 3.5K Total
Future Mods:
Brake Pads/SS Brake lines
Steering Rack Bushing
PS Did not include radio but this is essential

Ok,
What about some tuning? Best performance bang for the buck is the Accessport...IMHO. You have the choice of several maps to tune for the best gas and upgrading mods at a later date. ~650
Then go for the downpipe and bump the Accessport up to stage 2 and your set to go on a budget. ~300 Do you really need the cat-back exhaust for added power? Not really...other than looks or sound. Unless you really go nuts with mods the stock cat back works great.
I had some severe detonation when we moved to Oregon so I opted for the Accessport instead of taking my car in to the dealer. Results are fantastic and the dealer didnt have to mess with the car...I just loaded up the 91 octane maps and presto!
Good luck...my ball is in the tuning court.

Is it really pulling to one side, or is the steering wheel just uneven? It's not unusual for the wheel to be a little off after doing steering rack bushings, but it shouldn't affect front toe.
