Done so far on my STi:
Cusco F&R Swaybars (rear adjustable)
Replica F&R strut bars (not really necessary since the front end is super stiff already)
Stereo
Whiteline Steering Rack Bushings
Kartboy Shifter Bushing
Braille Lightweight Battery
Cobb SS Brake Lines
Ferodo DS2500 brake pads (good value, great track/street pad)
Intake Silencer Delete Elbow
Poltec Rear Endlinks and Stop Collars
Hella Horns (essential
)
Tire Tail
GReddy Gauges
PSI 3 Data Display
Valentine 1
all of the project writeups can be seen here: http://mikeegan.stormpages.com/stihome.html
Planned sometime soon:
Coilovers (most likely KW)
Turboback Exhaust
Reflash
Before you consider the turboback as your first mod, read this thread:https://www.i-club.com/forums/engine-power-ej25t-sti-2006-wrx-90/why-did-do-boost-creep-44825/ and understand the boost creep issues. Know what you are getting into and plan accordingly.
Remember that your choice of mods should be dependent on what you plan to do with the vehicle. A track/AutoX car should get suspension and brake mods first. A 1320 car would be best with the power mods. Give us an idea of where you want to go and we can point you in the right direction.

For a daily driver there's not a lot that needs changing. the stuff Alex and myself listed in the first two replies pretty much covers the "weak" areas of the car.

BOV = no performance, so unless you want it for the sound, don't waste your $.
Intake = unnecessary and detrimental to power at your current mod level.
TBE = best bang for the buck and you will be most pleased with the results.

If your going to go with the turbo back exh. install a boost cut defender and or port your wastgate on your turbo, you will also need to install the helix check engine light fix, super easy to do if you can soder. I would suggest checking out the RS-R down pipe and full exh. sounds soooooo good. also sway bars are a must to eliminate the stock body roll that the sti comes with.
Cusco makes the 21mm 3 way adjustible front and the 22mm rear, good investment and should only run around 300-340 for both bars.
Boost gauge and controller are very important once you do the exh. because of boost creep and boost cut.
If any of you are going with coil overs I would suggest ZEAL C-SPEC!!!!
and ENDLESS brake pads best of the best worth ever dime!
Remember that the stock turbo is only fuel efficant up 345hp after that much more moding is required.
05 sti black, up & down pipe, RS-R full exh., Zeal coil over, cusco rear and front sway, blitz dual turbo timer, exh. manifold, boost defender, helix cel fix, full v1 charge speed kit, 5 zegin gn+ rims, jdm grill, CF engine dress up/ alt. cover soli. cover, many more mods to come.
...
Good Luck with the mods
