Issues with a 2013 wrx idle and decel

Car: 2013 wrx

AEM uego wideband a/f and boost gauges


So here is my problem. car runs great! except on idle (after switches over to closed loop) and on decel. All three o2 sensors (the 2 stock ones and aem uego, which is mounted by the stock one on the dp) are reading lean ,20-22:1 but the engine is dumping fuel and running very rich with a rough idle. but once accel the sensors are all around 14-15 and on WOT 10-11. We went over EVERYTHING 3 times and made sure nothing was pinched and nothing was loose. so we are lost. any ideas would be amazing. thanks!
